You agree NOT to use HUSH for any of the following:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child exploitation
• Human trafficking
• Terrorist activity or violent extremism
• Promotion of violence
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Illegal file distribution
• Fraud and financial scams
• Malware distribution
• Any other illegal criminal activity

Enforcement

HUSH may issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanently remove accounts based on verified reports, repeated abuse, or platform policy violations.
