By creating an account on HUSH you agree to these Terms. HUSH provides end-to-end encrypted, anonymous messaging. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and 24-word recovery phrase.

Account responsibility

HUSH cannot recover lost passwords or recovery phrases. If you lose them, your account and messages are permanently inaccessible — by design.

Acceptable use

You agree to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Misuse may result in suspension or permanent account removal.

No warranty

HUSH is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Encryption is provided to protect your privacy but cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use HUSH. We do not permit use by anyone under 18.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
