HUSH has zero tolerance for child exploitation. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that endangers minors is strictly prohibited.

Reporting

If you encounter suspected child exploitation material on HUSH, please report it immediately using the in-app report tool. Voluntarily submitted reports are reviewed in accordance with applicable law and platform policy.

Cooperation with authorities

HUSH cooperates with lawful obligations where applicable. We will respond to valid legal process while preserving the privacy of unrelated users.

Privacy preserved

We do not silently scan your private messages. Action is taken only on content that is voluntarily reported by users.
